HEALTH FAIR 2004

The Howard County Muslim Foundation and the Islamic Society of Baltimore co-sponsored their second Annual Health Fair on Sunday, June 6, 2004 at Columbia Medical Center in Columbia, MD with tremendous success!

The Health Fair focused strongly on providing knowledge and  awareness of early detection of illnesses.  Screening tests, such as mammogram, blood chemistry, liver function, and lipid profile were available at no cost, thus making possible for participants an excellent opportunity of all times.

This event provided direct benefit to the needy people and you could see how your money works.  There was no overhead cost in this project. The total raised is donated by the Muslim community.
